Peak Schedule
During peak season, the sites and cabins fill up very quickly. We recommend at least 1 month in advance to reserve a weekend date, and at least 3 months to reserve holidays and during peak leaf change.

We are open for reservations starting Monday, January 15, 2024 and will be available Monday - Friday 10:30am - 2:30pm.
We will be open for camping Friday, February 16, 2024 through Thanksgiving weekend.

Leave a clear message with your name, phone number, what you are looking for and how many people are in your group.
All reservations must be made over the phone.
We do not have online booking at this time.
Deposit
We require a deposit equal to the first night's rent on each site or cabin in order to confirm a reservation. We accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express.
Changes to reservation
If you are want to change the dates of your reservation, not cancel, please review the following guidelines:
For 1 Site or Cabin:
Any change made 30 days prior to arrival, no fees incurred.
Any changes made between 7 and 30 days, you may incur a fee up to 50% of your deposit.
For 2-4 Sites or Cabins:
Any changes made 60 days prior to arrival, no fees incurred.
Any changes made between cancellation window listed below and 60 days, you may incur a fee up to 50% of your deposit.
Any attempted changes outside of guidelines will be charged full reservation before any changes will made.
Cancellation Policy

Please carefully read the following information about our Cancellation Policy.
When planning your vacation, it’s important to plan for the possibility of inclement weather as we do not accept cancellation due to weather conditions.
For 1 Site or Cabin:
Cancel 30 days or more prior to your arrival, you are eligible for up to 75% of your deposit refunded.
**For example a tent site is charged a $40 deposit, you would receive up to $30 refunded back to you.
Cancel between 7 and 30 days of your arrival, you are eligible for up to 50% of your deposit refunded.
**For example a tent site is charged a $40 deposit, you would receive up to $20 refunded back to you.
For 2 or More Sites or Cabins:
Cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival, you are eligible for up to 75% of your deposit refunded.
**For example two tent sites are charged a $80 deposit, you would receive up to $60 refunded back to you.
For multiple sites or cabins a minimum of 7 days per site or cabin must be given to be eligible for up to 50% of deposit refunded.
** For example 14 days for 2 sites, 21 days for 3 sites, 28 days for 4 sites.
Any reservation for 5 or more sites is considered a large group and the large group cancelation policy will be discussed at time of reservation.
If cancellation is not made within outlined timeframes above, there will be no refund of deposit and your full reservation will be charged.
No-Shows:
If you are a No-Show (you neglect to call us to cancel your reservation), you will be charged for your entire reservation.
Unless you call and tell us otherwise, if you do not arrive by 2:00 PM of the second day of your reservation, you will be considered a No-Show and will be charged for your entire reservation.
If you will not be here the first day of your reservation, please notify the office to ensure your site is not given away.
